Fall into Spring

A lot has happened since September!

  • Mnemosyne Quartet and Zach Shemon gave an excellent performance in August at Prairie Logic including Winter’s Summer
  • The Hartt School gave an excellent premiere of Wanderings on the Divide on October 3rd (performance embedded below)
  • The Bass Clarinet arrangement of Soundtrack of an Open Road was premiered at Electronic Music Midwest in November by Michael Miller
  • The Johnson County Library interviewed me for the Listen Local project and asked some really tough questions about my creative process and musical background

Several performances are lined up for the Spring as well! First up is Celestial Metamorphosis, an hour-long evolving, collaborative audio-visual performance I am partially composing for and curating with Cody Kauhl (video), Eli Hougland (electronics), Ensemble of Irreproducible Outcomes, and Mnemosyne Quartet on February 9. Then it is conference season in February and March.
